From the exceptional staff who froze the marlin we caught on our deep sea fishing excursion and prepared not 1 but 2 delicious gourmet meals for our group to the accommodating staff all around pool/shuttle/house keeping/chefs/management/wait staff. “Where do I start when describing perfection? The owner, who happens to be a neighbor, created a masterpiece of a championship golf course. Tailored around massive outcroppings of gigantic boulders, aesthetically appealing hazards, and perfectly manicured, lush, greens, and fairways, it’s amazing it’s remained such an unknown destination. The icing on the cake, pun intended, is every meal I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing anywhere within El Cortazon, has been far beyond my expectations, which, keeping par for the course, includes the stellar staff who only expand upon one’s afternoon whilst at El Cortazon. “The greens on the hills above Manzanillo are perfectly kept, the staff is multilingual, professional and fun! Seeing the Kudamundi or Coatis raccoon looking critters in the trees and on the grounds and they added to the adventure. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone, golfers or visitors to this paradise!”
